This is a small graphics program, which has several core features for manipulating images, such as foreground extraction, image scissoring, warping, and image mosaicing. It is written in Java so it's portable as long as you have a JRE installed.

"PELVIC!"

Pros: I like this program, possibly a lot. Being able to rip out certain pixels from a pic easily is hard with big name image editors. I predict this will be the next Photoshop.

Cons: No warning when overwriting existing files.
