Pros: It has a very simple interface, and it's very straightforward. You simply turn your m3u playlist into an html document organized by artist.
Cons: Design of the HTML(Not horrible, but could be better)

"Works great, even on Linux using WINE."
Pros: Takes your playlist file, .m3u, and converts it to a HTML. I do not run Windows, instead I use Ubuntu Linux. This program installed and ran fine using WINE.
Cons: I did not find anything wrong with this program.
