Version: My Forms Genie 1.60
"Amazing, flexible, product, and functional."
Pros: Comes with a monthly expense tracking form that you can start using immediately. They have an online template creator (as well as built in template editor on the BB) so I can distribute forms all of my employees.
Cons: If you want to capture GPS coordinates and attach them to the form then you need an external GPS device if you have a pre-GPS device such as the 8700 or 7200 models of Blackberry.
Summary: As a business owner I can appreciate that operating expenses have increased by over 40% in the last year alone. It is more important now than ever to accurately track my business miles, along with my employees and here is why MyMileageGenie is used by our employees:
1) Reporting Accuracy - Because no one keeps accurate travel records and chances are that mobile workers won?t jip themselves.
2) Because creating expense reports uses up valuable time that could be spent doing other more productive things.
3) Save money. Mileage rates continue to rise as does the price of gas. There has never been a more important time keep track of travel expenses wether it for income tax purposes or for business expensaes..
4) Leverage existing assets to simplify and standardize processes.
5) Everyone wins; employee don?t spend needless cycles rebuilding travel records and creating expense reports; employers obtain accurate reporting and increased productivity.
